The stainless steel bellows hose is mainly composed of three major parts: the bellows tube, the mesh sleeve, and the connector. The bellows tube is the main body of the metal hose, providing flexibility; the mesh sleeve serves to reinforce and shield; and the connector is for connection. Depending on different usage requirements, the methods of connecting these parts vary: when joined by welding, it is called a welded type; when connected by mechanical clamping, it is called a mechanical clamping type. Additionally, there is a hybrid type that combines the above two methods.
Metallic flexible hoses include oil and gas suction hoses, steam hoses, sandblasting hoses, acid and alkali transfer hoses, food-grade hoses, oxygen吹管, and various special-shaped hoses. They are widely used in industries such as machinery, chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, and food processing.
The pressure range of the pressure-resistant metal hose is typically PN0.6-32.0 MPa, with a maximum of 42.0 MPa. The metal hose serves as the primary pressure-bearing component in the pressure pipeline and also acts as a sheath for the bellows. Depending on the pressure within the pipeline and the application, a single or multiple layers of stainless steel wire or steel strip can be woven.
