Fuel filters are mainly composed of three parts: the filter element (Filter), the housing, and the filter base. When the generator is not under load, the armature current is zero, which is known as no-load operation. At this time, the three-phase winding of the motor's stator only has the no-load electromotive force E0 induced by the excitation current f (three-phase symmetrical), and its magnitude increases with the increase of f. However, due to the saturation phenomenon of the motor's magnetic circuit core, they are not proportional. The curve reflecting the relationship between the no-load electromotive force E0 and the excitation current f is called the no-load characteristics of the synchronous generator. Generators are mechanical equipment that converts other forms of energy into electrical energy. Fuel is delivered to the fuel filter through a deep well pump, where it passes through a paper filter element to remove impurities before entering the interior of the filter oil cylinder. It then flows through an oil recess on the filter bracket to the deep well pump. A return oil fitting with an overflow valve is provided on the filter bracket; when the fuel pressure in the fuel filter exceeds 0.08 MPa (0.8 kgf/cm²), excess fuel returns to the fuel tank via the return oil fitting. The low-pressure fuel treatment pipeline should be connected in the direction indicated by the arrow on the bracket and not reversed. The seal washer at the bottom of the filter element is seated in a spring bracket, with the spring pressing the seal washer against the bottom of the nut for sealing. The filter bracket is connected to the housing by a tie rod and sealed with an O-ring. There is a bleed screw plug at the top of the filter bracket; users can loosen the bleed screw to remove air from the fuel filter during operation.

Fuel filters are secured with two screws to the engine block or bracket. If the user notices a lack of smooth fuel supply during operation, it's possible that the filter element may be clogged. If the filter element is cracked or difficult to clean, it must be replaced with a new one, properly installed according to instructions, and then filled with clean fuel.
