Cables, oil tubes, air hoses, water pipes, and ventilation ducts are commonly used on machine tools and machinery for traction and maintenance purposes. The use of steel cable carriers originated in Germany, and later, domestic applications and innovative designs were adopted. Today, steel cable carriers are widely used on machine tools, protecting cables and enhancing the overall appearance of the machinery. Cable protectors include cable carriers, rectangular metal hoses, protective sleeves, bellows, and sheathed metal hoses. Steel cable carriers are categorized into three types based on different application environments and requirements: bridge-type steel cable carriers, fully enclosed steel cable carriers, and semi-enclosed steel cable carriers.
Specs:
We offer models in sizes 45, 65, 80, 95, 115, 125, 155, 180, 225, 250, 325, and 350. The chain width can be customized to meet customer requirements, with bending radii ranging from 50 to 1000mm.
There are three types of support plates:
(1) When the chain is required to bear larger pipe and cable loads, an extra-high-strength support plate—solid block type should be chosen.
(2) When the pipe joint size of the pipeline is larger than the inner diameter of the support plate, or when frequent disassembly, maintenance, etc., is required, a split-type support plate can be selected.
(3) When there are many specifications and types of pipeline installations, support plates—frame-style can be chosen.
Structure and Main Body:
The TL series chain guides are composed of components such as chain plates (chrome-plated steel), support plates (extruded aluminum alloy), and pivot pins (alloy steel), ensuring that there is no relative movement between the cables or rubber hoses and the chain guides, preventing twisting or deformation. The chrome-plated chain plates offer a novel appearance with a reasonable structure, high agility, and excellent rigidity, making installation easy and reliable. They are easy to disassemble and reassemble. Particularly, this product uses high-strength wear-resistant materials, with alloy copper as the pivot pins, enhancing the product's wear resistance, flexibility, and reducing friction and noise. This ensures long-term use without deformation or sagging.
