Basic Parameters of Nylon Ducting
Material: Reinforced nylon with high pressure and tensile strength, excellent toughness, elasticity, wear resistance, flame retardant, and stable performance at high and low temperatures, suitable for outdoor use.
The amount of nylon content determines the tensile strength, wear resistance, and noise level of the conveyor chain during operation. The nylon content ranges from 5% to 17%, but does not exceed 19%. Generally, it is around 30%.
(2) Resistance: Resistant to oil, salt, and has certain resistance to acids and alkalis.
(3) Speed and High Speed: High speed up to 5 meters per second, high acceleration up to 5 meters per second (actual speed and acceleration depend on operating conditions).
(4) Operating Life: Up to 5 million reciprocating movements under normal overhead operation (actual lifespan may vary depending on operating conditions).
