The draft was completed and submitted for approval in April 2011, and the standard was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and published on April 25, 2013, with implementation beginning on September 1, 2013. The name of the standard is JB/T9794-2013 "Agricultural Hydraulic Oil Press Industry Standard."
