The ZH07-H liquid-cooled high-speed torque sensor has been redesigned for appearance, allowing direct connection of coolant or lubricating oil. It effectively reduces temperatures generated under high-speed operation over extended periods, enhancing heat dissipation and reliability, ensuring high-precision measurement. The external structure is tightly sealed, and the internal signal transmission is contactless. It can also measure the rotation angle. With the aid of coolant, the rotational speed can exceed 15,000 RPM, making it suitable for torque measurement of high-speed power sources.

ZH07-H Liquid-Cooled High-Speed Torque Sensor Mounting Method
Can be installed horizontally or vertically.
During horizontal installation, either rigid or flexible couplings can be used. The couplings should be tightly adjacent to the shaft shoulders at both ends of the sensor.

Sensor Installation and Usage Precautions
Absolutely no live installation; please disconnect the power during installation.
Do not directly strike or collide the sensor's end output shafts with excessive force during installation.
When the shaft coupler with a sensor has a heavy weight, a bearing bracket should be installed at the coupler section to prevent the sensor from bearing bending moment force.
In cases of significant vibration or coaxiality exceeding 0.05mm, pre-apply a flexible coupling, and ensure the base and pedestal are securely fastened.
Under favorable installation conditions and high measurement accuracy requirements, choose a rigid coupling, and the base must be securely fastened to the pedestal.
The base platform should have sufficient strength for installation and stability, to avoid excessive vibration.
This sensor is not waterproof or explosion-proof. Please note when using: (Customization available for special requirements.)
Ensure proper grounding in the sensor system and implement shielding and isolation for signals that may interfere with each other.
