Woodworking dust removal equipment is used in the woodworking industry to produce smoke, dust, and sawdust during processing, which can cause damage to the production environment and factory area. Therefore, it is necessary to install dust removal equipment for the woodworking industry, collectively known as woodworking dust collectors
The dust removal device in the woodworking workshop includes a vacuum hood and a vacuum pipe. The lower end of the vacuum pipe is connected to the vacuum hood, and the upper end of the vacuum pipe is connected to the processing chamber. The side of the vacuum pipe is equipped with an inclined blowing pipe, and the air inlet direction of the blowing pipe faces the processing chamber. The blowing pipe is connected to the air supply equipment. The processing chamber is equipped with a coarse filter screen, which divides the processing chamber into a large particle chamber and a small particle chamber. The small particle chamber is connected to an exhaust pipe, and the exhaust pipe is connected to a dust collection tank. Its advantages are: after the dust enters the processing room, large particles, small particles, and tiny particles are separated, large particles and small particles are recycled, and tiny particles enter the dust collection pool after passing through the exhaust pipe, preventing dust from entering the air again and polluting the environment.
Design objectives of woodworking dust removal equipment
1. The governance system operates continuously and stably, with easy operation, high equipment integrity rate, and low failure rate
2. Overall design optimization, rationality, simplicity, and aesthetics;
3. Low energy consumption and minimal material consumption; Low operating costs, low management costs, low labor intensity, and good operating environment.
