Overview of Dust Collector in Steel Pipe Factory:
1. The equipment has high dust collection efficiency, high dust collection efficiency, and the emission concentration fully meets the emission standard requirements.
2. The equipment maintenance cost is low, and reliable and high-quality key components are used to improve the reliability of the equipment and ensure the long-term stable operation of the dust collector. The maintenance cost is only about 70% of that of a general dust collector.
3. The equipment filter bag has a long service life, and the pulse cleaning method and high-quality filter bags and accessories greatly extend the service life of the filter bag.
Construction of Dust Collector in Steel Pipe Factory
This dust collector consists of five parts: upper, middle, and lower boxes, ash discharge device, and blowing and cleaning system. The upper box includes a liftable top cover and an air outlet. There are flower boards and filter bag components inside the middle box. The lower box has an ash hopper, air inlet, and maintenance door. The ash discharge device is a rotary discharge valve. The spray cleaning system consists of a pulse controller, an electromagnetic valve, a spray pipe, and an air bag.
Working principle of dust collector in steel pipe factory
(1) Filtering principle: Under the action of the main fan in the system, dusty gas enters from the inlet of the dust collector, passes through the airflow homogenization device, and then enters the ash hopper downwards. Due to the slowing down of flow velocity, combined with inertia and the self weight of dust, large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertia and directly fall into the ash hopper. The dusty gas enters the filter bag filtration area after passing through the ash hopper, and the gas passes through the filter bag while the dust is left on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter bag and is then discharged through the air outlet.
(2) Principle of dust cleaning: As the filtration time prolongs, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate and the resistance increases. When the resistance reaches the set value, the dust cleaning device begins to clean the dust. During dust cleaning, compressed air passes through various pulse valves in a very short time in sequence, and is sprayed onto the filter bag through the spray nozzle, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand and vibrate. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper.
(3) Dust collection: The dust intercepted by the filter bag and cleaning device falls into the ash hopper and is then discharged through the ash hopper mouth.
