









The pulse single machine dust removal equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Box body: including bag chamber, clean air, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag cage, air storage bag, electromagnetic pulse valve, pulse controller, clean air chamber, ash hopper, maintenance door. The box body is designed to withstand a pressure of 5000pa.
(2) Exhaust system: including fan and fan matching motor.
(3) Spray system: including air bag, spray pipe, pulse valve, and controller.
(4) According to the automatic control requirements of the system, it can also be equipped with high and low level meters for the ash hopper, inlet and outlet differential pressure transmitters, and planetary lock gas ash conveyors.
working principle
The induced draft fan introduces dusty gas from the inlet into the middle shell. The clean gas passes through the filter bag and enters the upper shell through the Venturi tube, and is discharged through the clean gas outlet. The dust is trapped on the outer wall of the filter bag. As time goes on, the dust adsorbed on the filter bag becomes thicker and the resistance of the filter bag increases. At this time, the pulse controller sends a signal, and the program automatically controls the opening and closing of each pulse valve, causing the high-pressure gas source to spray into the filter bag through the injection hole and Venturi tube. Due to the action of the high-pressure gas, the filter bag undergoes rapid expansion, causing impact vibration, and the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag is shaken off in the ash hopper and discharged by the ash conveying mechanism.
