2. Instrument features:
2.1 The machine is controlled by a PLC, a 5-inch high-definition touch screen, and an AD module for displacement data collection. The temperature is collected and processed by a temperature controller, achieving dual control mode of single machine and computer. 2.2 Hot deformation and Vicat use different operating interfaces to achieve two independent operating programs for one system.

2.4 The instrument adopts multiple temperature protection functions of software and hardware (automatically cutting off the AC heating power supply)
The software part temperature exceeds the set upper limit temperature, the test ends normally, and it is in a stopped state.
Install a separate temperature protection device outside the hardware temperature control system. When the oil temperature exceeds the set temperature of the protection device, the AC heating power supply will be automatically cut off. Even if the control system malfunctions, the safe use of methyl silicone oil during operation can be ensured, ensuring the safety and reliability of the instrument.
2.5 Independent vertical touchscreen control and dual computer control
The single machine test process is easy and fast to operate, with a high degree of automation. After the test is completed, the results and average values are automatically displayed and heating is stopped.
The operation interface and report screen are displayed on one screen during computer control. After the experiment is completed, it automatically ends and stores the report images, which is reliable and contains a large amount of information; At the same time, temperature and deformation data at different times can be queried and typed.
2.6 The computer operation test results are automatically recorded in the form of images on the hard drive as saved data and can be printed out at any time for future reference and comparison.
2.7 Accurate Data
The temperature sensor is a German Heraeus PT100, with high accuracy, good linearity, and no zero drift.
The displacement sensor adopts a differential displacement sensor, which is stable and reliable.
The PLC adopts Delta ES series, which has fast computing speed and stable operation.
2.8 The mixing system adopts dual DC motors for reverse circulation mixing, with uniform temperature inside the oil tank and no dead corners. The average deviation of the test results is small.

The AD conversion module adopts advanced optoelectronic isolation digital modules with strong anti-interference ability.
