The desulfurization and denitrification equipment for garbage incineration power plants and the deacidification process for garbage incineration flue gas aim to remove acidic gases mainly SO2 and HCl. At present, China's flue gas deacidification process is divided into three methods based on whether wastewater is discharged: dry method, semi dry method, and wet method.
The denitrification process of waste incineration flue gas mainly includes selective non catalytic reduction process (SNCR) and selective catalytic reduction process (SCR). Some newly built waste incineration plants choose a combination process, such as SNCR and SCR combined process. Many waste incineration plants in our country use SNCR technology to use urea for denitrification treatment. However, it is worth mentioning that due to the different types of waste, the harmful substances produced during incineration are also not the same. Therefore, low-temperature SCR technology is widely used in domestic waste incineration plants.
