The SCR flue gas denitrification (selective catalytic reduction) process in power plants utilizes a reducing agent to selectively reduce NOx in the flue gas to harmless N2 and H2O under the catalytic action of a catalyst at 180 ℃~220 ℃. The reducing agent can be liquid ammonia, ammonia water, urea, etc; SCR flue gas denitrification has the advantages of high desulfurization and denitrification rate and low investment. It can not only save investment and operating costs, reduce device space occupation, but also achieve high denitrification efficiency.
The main reaction equation of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) method
4NO+4NH3+O2 →4N2+6H2O; 2NO2+4NH3+O2 → 3N2+6H2O;
6NO2+8NH3 → 7N2+12H2O
Reaction temperature:230~450 degrees Celsius
General application temperature: 320-400
Conversion efficiency between 70-90%
