Scope of application of H-type wire clamp
edit
(1) Crimdable wires: copper/aluminum, aluminum/aluminum, copper/copper
(2) Can be crimped with wires of the same or different diameters
(3) The wire diameter is not standardized, but it can still be used
Installation steps of H-type wire clamp
The installation steps of H-type wire clamp are as follows:
(1) Check the type, diameter, and cross-section of the wiring, and select a suitable H-shaped crimping sleeve.
(2) Remember to choose appropriate crimping tools and crimping molds.
(3) Insert the crimping mold into the crimping tool to complete the crimping preparation.
(4) Organize the wires to avoid bending, stripping, burning, cutting, and other situations. After repairing the wire ends, plastic tape can be used to secure them.
(5) Clean the wiring area of the wire with a steel brush.
(6) Insert the wire into the appropriate groove of the H-shaped crimping sleeve, and leave a 20-30mm gap at the end of the wire on the outside of the sleeve. It should be noted that the copper wire is under the aluminum wire after crimping.
(7) Cover both sides of the bent H-shaped crimping sleeve to cover the wire.
(8) Use a crimping tool, align in the direction, and follow the crimping instructions on the outer box. Crimp from the center to both sides in sequence, in order of the number of times and the number of times. For crimping that requires three or more times, the required number of crimping times must be completed from the center to both ends.
(9) Visually inspect the crimping results.
(10) If crimping insulated wires, it is necessary to cover them with insulating tape.
