Equipment Introduction

On the basis of the original standard magnetic polishing machine, we have added 2-3 sets of units with a left-right moving magnetic field, significantly enhancing the uniformity of the entire polishing process. The product has no blind spots within the grinding drum, particularly at the center and the surrounding circular areas of the disk.

Advantages of this machine

1. Polishing small pieces allows for significantly increased processing weight per batch due to the absence of a center and surrounding blind spots, resulting in uniformly polished products and higher efficiency.

2 High uniformity in large pieces, including brightness and sanding surface, with extremely high burr removal uniformity. (Reason: the large pieces are too big to roll freely.)

3. The translation table polisher, based on its original circular design, significantly increases the length of the magnetic field area due to its side-to-side movement, making it suitable for products with a longer magnetic field area. (Especially suitable for products like tubes and blocks, such as laptop bottom shells.)
