Equipment Introduction

On the basis of the original standard magnetic polishing machine, we have added 2-3 sets of moving magnetic fields, significantly improving the uniformity of the entire polishing process. The product has no blind spots within the grinding drum, especially at the center and surrounding circular areas of the disk.

This machine's advantages

1. Polishing small pieces allows for significant weight increase per batch due to the absence of a center and surrounding blind spots, resulting in a more uniform finish and higher efficiency.

2. High uniformity for large pieces, including brightness and sanding finish, with extremely uniform deburring. (Due to the large size of the pieces, they cannot roll freely.)

3. The sliding polishing machine, built on the original circular design, significantly increases the length of the magnetic field area due to its back-and-forth movement, making it suitable for polishing longer products. (Especially suitable for cylindrical or block-like products, such as: laptop bottom shells.)
