Equipment Overview

The fully automatic magnetic polishing machine on the assembly line is a linear production line, equipped with 24 small buckets. Each grinding bucket can be divided into 1-10 compartments, ensuring each product occupies a unique compartment without collision or damage. The compartment size can be adjusted according to the product size for maximum efficiency. The grinding buckets are connected by a chain for continuous operation, where the misty impact of stainless steel needles inside the buckets removes burrs by scraping against the work surface, achieving both deburring and polishing. The machine can automatically add water and abrasive, enabling continuous production line operation and labor savings.

Applicable to: various computer, smartphone mid-frames, casings, and heat sinks. Deburring treatment after die-casting and machining.
