Intelligent "S"-shaped speed curve, with a rotary encoder and servo motor encoder forming a full-closed loop wire feeding control system, ensuring diameter accuracy less than 0.16mm, and completely resolving the precision issue of the diameter of traditional mechanical or hydraulic winding machines.

High precision is also derived from the superior wire feeding method, with the feeding system composed of imported servo and imported planetary gear reducer; it is particularly important to note that the wire feeding wheel feeds wire in a "dual-drive" manner.

The welding system is equally stable and reliable, featuring imported moving parts that outperform standard pneumatic butt welding machines significantly.

Automatic diameter adjustment for circle size; the tuning circle system consists of 2 stepper motors, imported ball screw, and imported linear guide rail.

Circular and butt welding suitable for low, medium, and high carbon steel, spring steel, and galvanized steel; with the addition of a TIG welding unit, capable of circular and butt welding for stainless steel and titanium.

The system is complex, yet extremely user-friendly with an intuitive human-machine interface. The "Run Code" feature assists operators in identifying any operational errors.
