"Zhegong" bag cage welding machine control system, with extremely stable performance, has withstood years of tests from the equator to Northern Europe.

The system can identify abnormal welding points and automatically re-weld them; if automatic re-welding fails due to rust or dirt on the wire surface, it will trigger an alarm to prompt manual re-welding.

Different materials require different waveforms of current, in addition to varying the size of the welding current. The "material selection" feature ensures optimal welding results for all types of materials.

Stepper motor pull rings; the spacing between each loop can be set arbitrarily, with a single bag ring accommodating up to 54 support rings; "High" and "Medium" speed options for pull rings.

The track (standard 7500mm, length 9000mm) is connected to the main unit at the front; the new ball screw linear guide ensures better straightness of the bag cage and is highly durable.

Optimized air circuit structure, fine-tuned by experts from Japan's SMC and Taiwan's Airtac companies, ensures swift cylinder movement.

The panels are formed from a single 25mm steel plate processed through a gantry machining center, ensuring that all welding cylinders are positioned on the same plane and aligned towards the axis of the bag cage, thereby guaranteeing the straightness of the bag cage.

When grid capacity is insufficient, "time-of-use mode" can be selected to ensure production is unaffected.
