The touch screen human-machine interface is easy to learn and use, allowing operators from different countries and languages to master it effortlessly.

"Zhejiang Industry" bag cage welding machine control system, boasting exceptional stability, having withstood years of testing from the equator to Northern Europe.

The system can identify abnormal solder joints and automatically resolder them; if automatic resoldering fails due to rust or dirt on the wire surface, it will trigger an alarm to prompt manual resoldering.

Different materials require different waveforms of current, in addition to the size of the welding current, as the waveform is more critical. The "Material Selection" feature ensures optimal welding results for various materials.

Stepper motor pull rings; the distance between each loop can be set arbitrarily; a single bag ring can accommodate up to 54 support rings; "High" and "Medium" speed options for pull rings.

The track (standard 7500mm, length 9000mm) is connected to the main unit at the front; the new ball screw linear guide ensures better straightness of the bag frame and is highly durable.

The airway structure, optimized by experts from Japan's SMC Co. and Taiwan's Airtac Co., ensures the cylinder operates swiftly.

The panels are formed from a single 25mm steel plate processed through a gantry machining center, ensuring that all welding cylinders are on the same plane and align with the axis of the bag cage, thereby guaranteeing the straightness of the bag cage.

Welded basket cylinder, designed by "Zhegong," manufactured by SMC Japan and "Airtac" Taiwan.

When the grid capacity is insufficient, "time-of-use mode" can be selected to ensure production is unaffected.
