(1) This vessel is a general-purpose jet suction dredger. It is a non-self-propelled, steel, monocoque structure ship. The bow is equipped with an open档falling dredging device. Two horizontal winches are installed on both sides of the bow, which, along with the fixed winch at the stern, enable the ship's positioning for construction. A propeller is mounted at the stern for the vessel's free navigation.
