Hardened alloy nozzles are made from Zhuzhou Diamond and Xiamen Jinlu hardened alloy, featuring high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, strong stability, high brightness, and long service life. They are widely applicable in high and low-pressure cleaning, high-pressure spraying, and high-pressure spray drying fields.

Nozzles are designed to operate under various different spray conditions, hence selecting the nozzle suitable for the requirement ensures optimal spray performance during use. The characteristics of the nozzle are primarily evident in the type of spray it produces, which is the shape formed as the liquid leaves the nozzle and its operational performance. The naming of the nozzle is divided based on the spray shape into types such as fan-shaped, conical, liquid column flow (i.e., jet), air atomization, and flat nozzles, with conical nozzles further categorized into hollow and solid cone types; while the naming of Venturi nozzles (i.e., mixing and blending nozzles), strong cold (hot) air blowing nozzles, and specialized nozzles (such as garden nozzles, container washing nozzles, pipeline cleaning nozzles, etc.) reflects their operational performance.
