Technical requirements for sealing components:

The raw material used for the hard alloy, its grade, as well as its physical, mechanical properties and metallographic characteristics shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards.
2. The burr and corner chamfer depth of the rough casting shall not exceed 0.33mm.
3. The raw surface must not have defects such as peeling, blistering, delamination, cracks, porosity, overburning, or underburning.
4. The cross-section of the rough casting should be uniform and consistent, free from defects such as black hearts, bubbles,分层, cracks, severe carburization, decarburization, and insufficient compaction.
