Technical Requirements for Sealing Parts:
The raw material used for the hard alloy, its grade, as well as its physical and mechanical properties, should comply with the specifications of the relevant standards.
2. Blanks must not have burrs or sharp edges exceeding 0.33mm in depth.
3. The raw surface must not have defects such as peeling, blisters, delamination, cracks, pores, overburning, or underburning.
4. The cross-section of the rough casting should be uniform and consistent, without any defects such as black heart, bubbles, laminations, cracks, severe carburization, decarburization, or unevenness.
