
I. System Composition
Xiaobeng Technology's comprehensive optical fiber telephone solution is a highly integrated management system that can exist independently as a phone system or simply replace the costly centralized control platforms of monitoring centers (multi-system联动). It is particularly suitable for intensive projects. The system consists of a central management system deployed at the control center and branch stations (node hosts and telephone subunits) installed in the pipeline. The central management system includes an integrated pipeline digital program-controlled switchboard (capable of connecting to the monitoring system), an optical fiber telephone access host (capable of connecting to wireless AP systems, fire linkage alarm systems, and independent broadcasting systems), a touch screen dispatch console, and software for the integrated pipeline emergency telephone dispatch system.

Function Details
A fiber optic telephone access main unit is configured with 2 SC optical ports to form a ring network (expandable to 4 networks), featuring 8 adaptive LAN ports for networking. Each ring network can accommodate 1024 telephones. The standard system configuration includes 256IP type extensions, with 8 ring trunks (configurable for expansion).
1. Unlimited Inbound and Outbound Calls: The system allows for communication between host (or backup) nodes within the pipeline, as well as between these nodes and the control center. Additionally, it enables direct phone connections between pipeline nodes (or backup nodes) and public network users (communication permissions are controllable).
2. Broadcast Function: Control center administrators can dispatch voice broadcasts to the secondary telephones via the integrated pipeline emergency phone dispatch system software installed on the touch screen dispatch console, convene meetings, and select the controlled broadcast range as needed.
3. Monitoring and Permission Settings: The center can monitor and set permissions for calls on any node host (or backup machine).
4. Fiber Optic Self-Healing: The fiber optic telephone node host and access host form a fiber optic ring network structure, equipped with a fiber optic self-healing ring function. The overall system switch-over and self-repair time is less than 100ms. A single node host failure does not affect the normal operation of other node devices (or backup machines) and the telephone system.
5. Recording and Playback: The system is capable of recording all calls between the center and external lines, as well as all internal corridor calls. It also allows for recording record queries and playback. The standard configuration offers a recording duration of 30,000 hours.
6. Each branch (or substation) can call the dispatch center directly by dialing or picking up the phone, and the dispatch desk phone in the control center will ring. The integrated pipeline emergency dispatch system software installed can directly display the caller's phone number, Chinese name, and location, such as Integrated Compartment 01, Partition 1, No. 1.
7. Dispatchers can call any internal node host (or backup) within the pipeline from the control center. The call operation simply requires picking up the phone and pressing the corresponding button on the touch screen dispatching console, automatically establishing a full-duplex conversation.
8. All extension calls are unblocked. When multiple extensions make calls simultaneously, they are automatically queued, with the names and numbers of the queued extensions displayed. Queue calls are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Operators can also choose to answer any queued extension by simply clicking the "Priority" button on the dispatch console and then selecting the extension from the queue.
9. Voice alerts for alarm prompts can be recorded into the dispatching system (interface with fire linkage alarm system). When the corresponding switch is activated, the corresponding alarm prompt voice is played. If linked with front-end collection sensors, when a gas detector in a certain area detects a leak, it triggers a switch quantity for the dispatching system. The system can then initiate calls to all extensions within the area according to a pre-set plan, with the phone automatically playing the corresponding alert sound upon picking up.
10. The dispatching machine features a card-based design, allowing for flexible configuration according to actual customer needs, facilitating future expansion and protecting investments. It supports IP extension registration, analog user FXS extension, loopback relay FXO, digital relay E1, recording board REC, IP relay, and more. The common section supports hot backup redundancy design, ensuring uninterrupted call switching during mainboard switching. All cards are designed for live insertion and removal, making maintenance convenient.
11. Supports integration with video surveillance systems; simply add a video server and connect it to an IP camera or a hard disk recorder of a monitoring system. Bind the camera location to the nearest extension, and when the dispatcher clicks on the bound extension on the dispatch console, the live feed from the camera in the monitored area will directly pop up on the console, allowing the dispatcher to more intuitively understand the situation.
12. Support for WIFI mobile phone connectivity (wireless AP system integration). For projects with installed wireless APs, we can equip managers with WIFI mobile phones for convenient portability and timely communication.

Meeting: Press this button and then directly click on the User button to form a temporary conference call; all selected users will automatically join the temporary meeting.
Speech:When the ad-hoc meeting key is pressed and recognized as valid, pressing this key followed by the corresponding user key will switch the extension from listener to speaker mode; when the ad-hoc meeting key is not pressed, or is invalid, pressing this key then the corresponding user key will toggle the extension between listener and speaker modes.
Decline: When the host has already seen the interface prompt for an incoming call, clicking this button will send a busy tone to the incoming extension.

Priority:In the event of an emergency, when multiple parts of the machine are simultaneously receiving calls while the main unit needs to selectively answer or is unable to answer and must call out to report the situation, pressing the priority call allows the main unit to pick up and listen to the dial tone before proceeding as desired.
