Grease removal and lifting integrated equipment, breaking the traditional manual sludge removal operation, integrates automatic slag removal, oil separation, and wastewater lifting into an intelligent grease and slag removal lifting mode. Equipped with an intelligent electric control system, the equipment greatly achieves automation of slag removal, oil separation, and wastewater lifting with unmanned operation, offering energy-saving, stable, and convenient performance. This product is an environmentally friendly model and can be customized according to customer requirements to meet different users' actual needs, creating a favorable living atmosphere for a wide range of customers. The oil separator and lifting integrated equipment consists of five parts: slag removal, oil separation, oil removal, grease treatment, and lifting effluent. According to the user's requirements, additional features such as temperature control heating and air flotation can be added. Operating Principle: 1. When kitchen oil and waste water flow into the grit removal area, the solid suspended matter in the wastewater (such as vegetable leaves, rice, broken bones, etc.) is automatically intercepted and collected in the grit filter basket. 2. After slag removal, the wastewater enters an isolation oil removal zone. Utilizing the pressure of incoming and outgoing water, the specific gravity of oil and water, and a clever oil removal structure, the oils naturally stratify and float to the top of the separator槽. The oils are then drained into waste oil drums using an oil removal device placed there. These drums require regular cleaning or replacement by personnel. During winter or when temperatures are low, to prevent the separated oils from solidifying and preventing normal drainage, the equipment in the isolation oil removal zone is equipped with a temperature control heating (optional) unit. When the temperature falls below the set value, a temperature sensor emits a heating signal and automatically heats up to prevent the oils from solidifying into lumps, facilitating their drainage. 3. After oil contamination is removed, the wastewater enters the lift station through the slow flow plate, and the specially designed internal recirculation pumps (with mutual backup) automatically discharge to the outdoor municipal pipeline under the control of the intelligent electrical control system.
