1. Organic Waste Gas Pre-Treatment: To effectively prevent blockage of the metal catalyst bed and catalyst poisoning, it is essential to conduct pre-treatment of the organic waste gas before entering the bed. This is to remove harmful substances such as dust, liquids, and metal catalysts from the organic waste gas.

2. Heating Equipment: The heating equipment includes organic waste gas heating equipment and metal catalyst combustion heater equipment. As metal catalysts have an active temperature, which is referred to as the ignition temperature for catalytic combustion units, it is essential to reach the ignition temperature for both the organic waste gas and the bed layer to operate the catalytic combustion unit. Therefore, heating equipment must be set up. However, for areas where the emitted organic waste gas already has a high temperature, such as in the drying exhaust pipes of silk-wrapped wires, insulating materials, and paint spraying, where the temperature reaches above 300°C, heating equipment is not required.

3. Catalytic Combustion Unit: Generally, a fixed bed reactor or a catalytic reactor is selected for catalytic reaction. The design of the tubular reactor should be carried out according to standards, ensuring ease of operation, maintenance, and handling of metal catalysts.

4. Explosion-proof Equipment: Pulse damper pressure relief explosion-proof type, installed above the server. It can immediately burst and relieve pressure in case of unexpected events with the machinery operating, preventing the occurrence of accidents.
