An integrated wastewater treatment equipment is a unit that combines a primary sedimentation tank, I and II stage contact oxidation tanks, a secondary sedimentation tank, and a sludge tank into one. It performs aeration and aeration in the I and II stage contact oxidation tanks, effectively integrating the contact oxidation process with the activated sludge process. This design retains the benefits of both methods while overcoming their drawbacks, thereby enhancing the overall wastewater treatment efficiency.

Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment Application Range

Integrated wastewater treatment equipment is suitable for residential communities, villages, townships, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, government agencies, schools, highways, railways, factories, mines, and tourist attractions for the treatment and reuse of domestic wastewater and similar small and medium-sized industrial organic wastewater from slaughtering, aquatic product processing, and food industries. The effluent treated by this equipment meets the national comprehensive discharge standard for wastewater treatment, Level B Standard 1.

The primary treatment method is the biochemical process using the contact oxidation method. The design of the integrated domestic wastewater treatment equipment primarily calculates the water quality parameters of domestic wastewater and similar industrial organic wastewater based on general domestic wastewater quality standards, with the incoming BOD5 at 200 mg/L.
