Tumbler Stone Washers, also known as Tumbler Sand Washers and Tumbler Ore Washers, are commonly used by the China Railway Bureau, China Bridge Bureau, and China Communications Construction Group. They are widely employed for sand and stone cleaning on construction sites, sand and stone factories, prefabricated factories, and hydropower stations. The Tumbler Stone Washers (rotary stone washers) can process materials ranging from 0 to 100mm and can rinse away soil and dust from the materials, leaving them clean. They are frequently used for washing minerals like manganese, iron, limestone, tungsten, tin, and silica sand. The tumbler ore washers have high processing capacity, making them an ideal choice for enterprises that require high cleanliness in ore and stone processing.

Operation Process

Before starting the stone washer, manually rotate the rotor to check for any abnormal conditions in the machine's parts.

2. Prior to operation, users should install protective gear on the triangle belt based on the specific conditions on-site.

3. No maintenance or cleaning is allowed while in operation, and electrical maintenance is strictly prohibited.

4. Materials and stones exceeding the specified size must not be added to the stone washer. The machine should rotate in a fixed direction, not in the opposite one.

5. When operating the stone washer, if abnormal vibration or noise is detected, stop feeding immediately. After the materials inside the box are used up, stop the motor immediately. Only after checking and eliminating the fault can the machine be operated again.

6. Stop the motor in a secure state, and all materials must be cleared from the cavity prior to startup. Start without load. No clutter is allowed in the work area, and adequate lighting must be provided.

Operating Principle

The drum stone washer features a drum supported by four tow wheels and equipped with spiral blades of a certain height. Driven by the motor, the drum rotates at a low speed. During the process of moving the material from the feed end to the discharge end, the material is cleaned by continuous stirring and mutual friction of the blades, followed by washing with water. The washed sand and gravel are discharged after being dehydrated in the dehydration zone at the discharge end. The wastewater, after being flushed, enters the sedimentation pond via the discharge end drainpipe, where it settles. The recycled water is then reused.
