Working Principle
The ceiling roller shades are composed of a spring system and an LT50 motor system. One end of the fabric is attached to a spring-coiled tube, while the other end is wound onto a rope winder equipped with a tubular motor drum. The motor supplies power for the fabric movement, the spring provides the retracting elasticity, ensuring the ceiling shade maintains a certain tension on the fabric during operation or at rest. After the ceiling is fully opened, the fabric rolls onto the spring-coiled tube, and the fabric sags slightly when it is unrolled.

System Design:
Spring coiled tube diameter is generally 85mm, electric roller diameter is typically 85mm. The system's optimal length is 5M, and the best width is 3M. Select the tension spring system and motors with different torque ratings based on the ceiling area and the weight of the fabric used. The system operates in a single-open mode and can be made into inclined or arched ceiling curtains. The Eazy FSS system requires fabrics to have certain tensile strength. System controls include manual wire control, wireless remote control, and intelligent control.

3. Linear, trapezoidal, arched, S-shaped; when using a 1-to-2 or 1-to-many drive method, a balancer must be added. When the drive axis is in a zigzag pattern, a universal joint is required, with the maximum angle of the zigzag being 135 degrees.When using an arched mechanism, a center guide cloth roller is required.
