Electric Opening and Closing Fabric Shades

The electric roller blind system utilizes an AC synchronous motor for power, equipped with a toothed belt wheel installed within the transmission box. Power is transmitted to the belt through a NW type planetary gear mechanism at one end of the motor. The belt is concealed within a specially designed aluminum track, made of high-strength low elongation polymer materials, remaining in an elastic deformation state throughout its service life. At the other end of the motor is the control box, which directly sends power to the dual planetary gear systems featuring differential wheel structures through a set of planetary gears, while simultaneously controlling the contact and disconnection of two micro switches to achieve control over the motor's rotation and stopping.

The motor winding employs a dual-winding capacitor operation mode, controlling the dual-winding operation to enable the synchronous motor to achieve forward and reverse rotation. The motor and transmission box are connected using a clamp connection with a locking tab, and the motor is connected to the power source with a self-locking contact plug, greatly facilitating installation, maintenance, and adjustment. The motor's circuit system has eliminated the traditional limit switch, thereby saving the back-and-forth wiring, making the curtain track overall neater and cleaner. The maximum limit distance of the motor transmission system is 16 meters.
