Product Structure

1. Braking Device. Utilizes an acceleration structure to increase friction as speed increases, thereby achieving a certain ratio between friction and the gravitational force of the curtain, resulting in a uniform descent rate for the curtain.

2. Locators. The slot wheel structure makes the system more responsive for locking and unlocking.

3. Conical spool, evenly winding the line for smooth rope lifting and lowering.

4. Head Manufacturing. The main parts are made of high-performance engineering plastics such as PC, nylon with glass fiber reinforcement, and POM. The curtain is smooth in lifting and lowering, operates stably, and feels good to the touch. The system head ratio is 1:1, and it requires a roller chain for circulation, which is easy to install.

5. Track. The product boasts an elegant and luxurious appearance; the powder-coated or electro-phoresis track, with its minimalist and straight lines, enhances its modern aesthetic appeal.
