    I. Project Background

    Kangyang Town refers to a distinctive town developed with "health" as its starting point and ultimate goal, focusing on the health industry and integrating diversified functions such as health, elderly care, leisure, and tourism into a well-ecological environment. The "Healthy China 2030" Outline Plan released by the State Council points out that it is necessary to actively promote the integration of health with elderly care, tourism, the internet, fitness and leisure, and food, fostering new health industries, business formats, and models.

    Since 2018, Luqu District has fully implemented the strategic plan to build a "4+4" industrial development pattern. Seizing the opportunities of the 2nd Travel Development Conference, the district has planned to introduce a batch of new and large projects that align with the new format of modern industrial development. The China-Israel Agricultural Science and Health Care Town project covers a total of 4300 acres and is planned to invest 10.5 billion yuan. Located in Shangzhai Town, Luqu District, it is an integrated industrial project that combines modern greenhouse agriculture, agricultural product processing and production, cultural tourism services, and elderly living services, merging the first, second, and third industries.

     





    II. Project Overview

    The Zhongyi Agricultural Science & Technology Town in Shangzai Town, Luquan District, integrates modern greenhouse agriculture, agricultural product processing and production, and cultural tourism services. The Da Tian Landscape Area is a health-oriented agricultural park that combines scientific research, popular science, and agricultural leisure, featuring a distinctive flower sea, crop planting, and a pet paradise. The most captivating is the greenhouse landscape picking area, which focuses on building a cultivation base supported by advanced Israeli technology. It employs the latest technologies such as vertical planting, air cultivation, root treatment, and the fish-vegetable symbiotic system, showcasing research and popular science education in the field of agriculture.

            

        

     

    The Key Construction of the China-Israel Agricultural Science and Health Care Town focuses on three sectors. The first sector is the Large Field Scenic Area, an integrated health agricultural park combining scientific research, popular science, and agricultural leisure, featuring special flower seas, crop planting, and a pet paradise. The second sector is the Greenhouse Scenic Area, which emphasizes the cultivation base supported by advanced Israeli technology. It utilizes the latest technologies such as vertical planting, air cultivation, soilless cultivation, root treatment, and the fish-vegetable symbiotic system to showcase research and popular science education in the agricultural field.

    The third key development area of the agricultural science and health care town, jointly developed by China and Israel, focuses on building sports and fitness facilities such as mountain biking, hiking, climbing, tent camping, jungle exploration, and outdoor training programs, to enrich the town's leisure, entertainment, sports, and experience offerings.

     


    This project is located within the Zhongyi Agricultural Science & Health Town in Shangzai Town, Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, and is being reconstructed and remodeled with an integrated water and fertilizer system provided by Shijiazhuang Shengqi Technology Co., Ltd.

    Integrated water and fertilizer technology is a new agricultural technique that combines irrigation and fertilization, and it is currently the most efficient agricultural technology in terms of water and fertilizer conservation. This technology utilizes modern information technology to collect relevant data, construct crop growth models, and predict the current water and fertilizer needs of crops through intelligent methods, ensuring accurate application. This significantly enhances the utilization efficiency of water and fertilizer, while also increasing crop yields. In doing so, it saves on labor and resources, boosts the overall efficiency of agricultural work, and contributes to environmental protection.

    The integrated water and fertilizer machine is the core of the entire intelligent water and fertilizer irrigation system. Focusing on an automated unit, it manages and distributes water and fertilizer supply automatically through technologies such as sensor detection, microprocessor, and computer technologies. The system, based on user-defined ratios, timing, cycle modes, EC/pH balance conditions, and other logical combinations, injects various fertilizers into the irrigation pipeline in the appropriate proportions and amounts through a set of injection valves and an EC/pH monitoring system, controlled by a controller, to automatically complete the fertilization task and rationally control the supply of water and fertilizer.


     

    The Smart Water and Fertilizer Integrator is a device that combines advanced technologies such as integrated water and fertilizer automatic control, computer vision, and the Internet of Things. It adjusts irrigation and fertilization amounts based on crop growth conditions, making agricultural production more intelligent and automated. The intelligent control technology of the water and fertilizer integrator also enables fully automatic irrigation and fertilization, significantly enhancing production efficiency, reducing human error and complexity, and ensuring a more stable and reliable production process.

    Users control the system through a touch screen, with the controller automatically adjusting irrigation volume, nutrient absorption, fertilizer solution concentration, and pH levels based on user-defined formulas and irrigation process parameters. This ensures timed and quantitative control of irrigation and fertilization, promoting water and fertilizer conservation, reducing labor and time, and increasing yields. It is specifically designed for greenhouse operations, including multi-span greenhouses, solar greenhouses, large greenhouse structures, and field irrigation.

As a result, this technology has been widely promoted and applied in current agricultural production.
