Anti-slip ramp construction

Construction Steps:

1. Floor Grinding: Use a professional floor grinder to grind the floor. After grinding, clean the ground to be treated with a broom.

2. Epoxy Primer: Mix the A and B components of the primer in the specified ratio until well blended, then apply it evenly to the slope with a roller.

3. Epoxy intermediate coating + sandblasting layer: Mix the intermediate A&B materials thoroughly according to the ratio, then evenly roll them onto the epoxy primer using a roller. While rolling the intermediate coating, sprinkle 40 mesh quartz sand evenly over it. The sand distribution should be uniform (the surface roughness should be applied according to the requirements of Party A).

4. Surface Coating: Apply an epoxy series finish coat using a roller on the dried mortar layer.

5. Pavement Coating: After the initial coat dries, apply a second coat using epoxy resin paint material. The coating color must be even and glossy.
