Our coal mine polyethylene pipes are manufactured using raw materials that meet the specifications for coal mine polyethylene pipes, state-of-the-art production equipment, and advanced production techniques. (1) Lightweight
Polyethylene material is much lighter than metal, making polyethylene pipes highly convenient for transportation, loading, unloading, and installation, while also saving a significant amount of labor and materials.
(2) Corrosion Resistance: Polyethylene piping can withstand the erosion of a variety of chemicals, excluding a few strong oxidizing agents, without electrochemical corrosion. Once the installation is completed, no special anti-corrosion treatment or routine maintenance is required for the pipeline, significantly reducing operational costs.
(3) Low-temperature resistance
Low-temperature brittleness point of polyethylene pipe materials is low, superior to other types of piping, suitable for the majority of regions in our country, and has good versatility.
(4) Abrasion Resistance
Four times the lifespan of steel pipes under the same conditions, with a service life of over 50 years, significantly reducing the costs for pipeline modification and repair.
Low Resistance
Low friction coefficient on polyethylene pipe surfaces, with minimal flow resistance, prevents scaling over long periods and has superior conveying capacity compared to other types of piping.
(6) Good flexibility
High flexibility of polyethylene pipe materials makes installation very convenient, allowing easy maneuvering around simple obstacles. It has excellent adaptability to uneven ground settlement and is an excellent pipeline for withstanding earthquakes, ground subsidence, and temperature expansion.
(7) Excellent flame-retardant and antistatic properties
Our polyethylene pipes for coal mines are made from high-quality raw materials, featuring excellent flame-retardant and antistatic properties. They undergo rigorous inspections before shipment, ensuring safe and reliable use.
(8) Construction Safety and Convenience
Polyethylene pipes for coal mines are joined using hot-melt techniques, ensuring interface strength exceeds the pipe material itself, effectively preventing leaks and cracks typically associated with traditional materials, offering superior safety performance; prefabricated components can also be made above ground and then safely connected underground in a mechanical manner.

3. Product Applications and Usage Scope
Our produced pipe materials are Coal Mine Polyethylene Pipes (KM), commonly referred to as pipe materials, which are used for water supply and drainage, slurry spraying, positive pressure ventilation, negative pressure ventilation, and gas extraction in coal mines. The reference working temperature for the pipe materials is 20°C, with a working temperature range of -10°C to +40°C. There is a pressure reduction coefficient between 20°C and 40°C, and the working pressure is the nominal pressure multiplied by the pressure reduction coefficient. For pipe materials used for gas extraction, the nominal pressure must not be less than 1.0MPa.
