Our coal mine polyethylene pipes are manufactured using raw materials that meet the specifications for coal mine polyethylene pipes, state-of-the-art production equipment, and advanced production techniques. Lightweight nature
Polyethylene material is much lighter than metal, making polyethylene pipes extremely convenient for transportation, loading, unloading, and installation, while also saving a substantial amount of labor and materials.
(2) Corrosion Resistance: Polyethylene piping is resistant to the侵蚀 of a variety of chemicals, excluding a few strong oxidizing agents, and does not experience electrochemical corrosion. Once the construction and installation are completed, no special anti-corrosion treatment or regular maintenance is required for the pipeline, significantly reducing operation costs.

Low friction coefficient on polyethylene pipes results in minimal flow resistance, long-lasting non-scaling, and significantly higher conveying capacity compared to other types of piping.

Coal mine polyethylene pipe construction utilizes hot melt connections, offering joint strength exceeding that of the pipe material itself, effectively preventing leaks and cracks common in traditional materials, ensuring excellent safety performance; prefabricated components can also be made above ground and then safely connected underground in a mechanical manner.

3. Product Applications and Usage Scope
Our produced pipe materials are coal mine polyethylene pipes (KM), hereinafter referred to as pipes, which are used for water supply and drainage, slurry application, positive pressure ventilation, negative pressure ventilation, and gas drainage in coal mine shafts. The reference working temperature for the pipes is 20°C, with the working temperature ranging from -10°C to +40°C. There is a pressure reduction coefficient between 20°C and 40°C, and the working pressure is the nominal pressure multiplied by the pressure reduction coefficient. For pipes used for gas drainage, the nominal pressure must not be less than 1.0MPa.
