Coal mine use steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene pipe

Our coal mine wire mesh reinforced polyethylene gas drainage pipe (hereinafter referred to as the pipe material) is mainly made of polyethylene resin, reinforced with high-strength steel wire, and mixed with appropriate additives. After high-temperature extrusion molding, it possesses both the characteristics of general polyethylene pipes and its own unique features:

(1) Superior to plastic pipes in terms of high strength, rigidity, and pressure-bearing capacity, it boasts excellent impact resistance and flexibility, withstands external force impacts without cracking or leaking.

(2) Corrosion-resistant, does not undergo chemical reactions in acidic, alkaline, and saline environments.

(3) The inner surface of the pipe is smooth with low roughness, preventing scaling and nodular formation. The pipe offers low fluid resistance and minimal head loss, with a hydraulic resistance coefficient 70% of that of a steel pipe of the same diameter. Under the same conditions, it can increase the conveying capacity by 30% and significantly reduce operation and maintenance costs.

(4) Lightweight and easy for construction and transportation.

(5) High safety performance. Both the inner and outer layers are modified polyethylene with antistatic and flame-retardant properties, which meet the requirements of MT/T 181-1988 for both antistatic and flame-retardant characteristics.
