Geotextile格栅 is a primary geosynthetic material, boasting unique properties and functions compared to other geosynthetics. It is commonly used as reinforcement for geosynthetic reinforced soil structures or composite materials. Geotextile格栅 is categorized into four main types: plastic, steel-plastic, glass fiber, and polyester polyester. The tensile strength of the steel-plastic composite格栅 is carried by high-tensile steel wires woven in both directions, which under low strain capacity, produce a high tensile modulus. The longitudinal and transverse ribs work synergistically, fully utilizing the格栅's locking effect on soil. Compared to traditional格栅, it offers greater strength, load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, anti-aging properties, high friction coefficient, uniform openings, ease of construction, and long service life. It effectively prevents construction damage caused by machinery碾压 and destruction. The high-density polyethylene used in the steel-plastic composite格栅 ensures: it is not eroded by acids, bases, salt solutions, or oils at room temperature; it is not susceptible to water dissolution or microbial damage. Additionally, the high molecular properties of polyethylene are sufficient to resist aging caused by ultraviolet radiation. After the格栅 is subjected to force, the longitudinal and transverse ribs work together, preventing any node cracks or damage. In actual engineering, since the fill material is compacted and not exposed to ultraviolet light and oxygen, it can fully meet the requirements of engineering construction.
