Product Description
This product is a solvent-free, quick-curing, green and environmentally-friendly two-component (A, B) elastomeric waterproofing material. It is categorized into high-elastic spray polyurea waterproof coating (JNC) and high-elastic spray polyurethane/urethane (commonly known as semi-polyurea) elastomeric waterproof coating (JNJ) based on different film-forming reaction groups. It is divided into Type I and Type II based on physical properties. The A and B components are mixed and sprayed out together through the spray equipment, where they react and cure quickly to form an elastic waterproof film.
High-elastic spray (pure) polyurea waterproof coating A component is a semi-prepolymer obtained through the reaction of hydroxyl-terminated compounds with isocyanates; the B component is a mixture consisting of hydroxyl-terminated resins and hydroxyl-terminated chain extenders, free of any hydroxyl components and catalysts, but allowing the presence of a small amount of pigments and dispersed additives. The high-elastic spray polyurea (urea) (commonly referred to as semi-polyurea) elastic waterproof coating A component is a semi-prepolymer obtained through the reaction of hydroxyl-terminated compounds with isocyanates; the B component is a mixture of hydroxyl-terminated resins or amino-terminated resins with amino-terminated chain extenders, which can contain catalysts for enhancing reaction activity. It is also permitted to have a small amount of pigments and dispersed additives.
This product requires specialized professional equipment for spraying and forming its film. Its excellent physical and chemical performance indicators, convenient construction process, integrity of the waterproof and anti-corrosion system, and environmental friendliness cannot be matched by any traditional protective materials or technologies. Application Fields
The "Two Preventions and One Resistance" (waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and wear-resistant) projects for all concrete surfaces, metallic tank bodies, and internal and external surfaces of pipelines for key national engineering projects have been widely applied in fields such as urban subways, high-speed railways, tunnels and bridges, water conservancy and electromechanical engineering, petrochemical industry, offshore drilling, and civil-military dual-use projects.
Packaging and Transportation
Both Material A and Material B are packaged in galvanized metal drums. The net weight of the contents is divided into 200kg per drum and 40kg per drum.
Ensure that goods are protected from sun and rain during transit, strictly prohibit proximity to fire sources, prevent collisions, and guarantee intact and undamaged packaging.
3. This product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry warehouse, strictly avoiding contact with any ignition sources. The storage period is 6 months under an ambient temperature of 20°C. When the ambient temperature falls below 15°C, crystallization may occur in material B; if crystallization occurs, it should be immediately dried and heated before storing under normal (or ideal) conditions.
