What are the key points to note during the operation of the Heat Clean Furnace?

1. Always inspect all parts before using the carbonization furnace, particularly the operation of the fan to ensure smooth and flexible operation. Check for any leaks in the condenser and the connections of all components. Additionally, calculate the amount of sealed mineral wool to ensure it's sufficient. Only proceed with operation after confirming the mechanical operation is issue-free. 

2. After the inspection, add fuel logs to the furnace, ensuring they are neatly arranged, ideally in an even manner. Once the fuel logs are lit, first start the induced draft fan, close the top fire door, then open the bottom fire door, and adjust the position to the appropriate setting. Maintain a clear chimney, and if there are issues with the exhaust, immediately cease operations.

3. Temperature control is also crucial, as the carbonizing furnace operates at extremely high temperatures. When the work is paused and the charcoal inside needs to be removed, cool water should be prepared in advance. After the charcoal is taken out of the furnace, it should be cooled in water, and care must be taken to prevent burns. It is essential to wait until the temperature drops to a safe level before handling the charcoal.
