The Hot Cleaning Furnace is a new type of specialized equipment designed for cleaning paint return pieces and fixtures on coating lines, widely used in industries such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric fans, computers, and home appliances, as well as motorcycles, bicycles, cars, steel furniture, communications, and power transmission and transformation. It boasts comprehensive performance that meets standard levels. The equipment not only has excellent environmental protection features but also offers significant economic benefits. After being tested by the environmental protection department, the emissions of SO2 and NO are only 1/10 of the national standard, and its operating cost is only 1/8 of that of paint strippers.

 

I. Product Application

1. Remove the continuously thickening coating from the spraying fixtures and clamps without altering the mechanical properties of the fixtures.

2. Complete and thorough stripping of any不合格 paint or powder coating from the surface of metal components, with no damage to the workpiece.

3. Clean the paint layer adhered to the filter mesh and fan impeller of the water curtain cabinet.

4. Clean and remove winding and adhered organic matter from wires, cables, transformers, motors, and printing rollers.

5. Clean and remove oils, grease, and other organic matter from components such as the engine, crankshaft, housing, and piston rings.

 

II. Specifications and Data

Cabinet: Heavy-duty steel plate steel structure, supported by square and channel steel. Full welded construction and sealed contact prevent fuel loss due to leakage.

Floor: Rigid refractory castable, 4"-5" (10-13cm) thick, reinforced with steel I-beams. Easy to remove ash.

Door: Equipped with a snap-locking mechanism and high-strength sealing strips. The door can open over 180 degrees, ensuring safety and reliability with ease of use and durability.

Explosion-proof: Unique gravity-sealed top automatically releases excess pressure, then closes, preventing air from contacting combustible materials.

Adjacent Insulation: The furnace wall, roof, and door are covered with 2-3 layers of lightweight ceramic fiber blanket (10-15cm thick), secured with stainless steel pins and stainless steel mesh plates with locking washers, asbestos-free. Metal bushes prevent mechanical injury to operators from the insulation panels. Clean the furnace insulation up to 2300°F (1275°C).

Exhaust:natural gas(Gas pressure requirement: 5-8 KPa), or light diesel.

Power Supply: 220-250V, 50Hz, Single Phase, 5-10A

Water Supply: Minimum pressure 40 psi, maximum pressure 100 psi. Minimum flow rate 5 gpm (15 liters/minute).

Normal Cycle: 3-5 hours (including cooling time) with automatic control.

Normal Cycle Temperature: 750-800°F (400-430°C)

Pollution Standards: Compliant with new environmental protection standards.

Safety and Health Standards: Compliant with new OSHA standards. Meets NFPA 86 requirements.

Insurance Standards: Compliant with most national and local regulations.

Corrosion-resistant vapor barrier: Prevents corrosive vapor from condensing in the furnace. Significantly extends the lifespan of the blast furnace.

Combustion Chamber Protection: Heavy-duty steel guardrails are installed around the upper and lower combustion chambers to prevent accidental or careless collisions.

Multiple model trolleys: Various models of trolleys are available to meet your diverse load requirements (standard containers).

Gas burner: Designed specifically for incinerators. Features include an advanced clog-free nozzle design, easy maintenance, and heavy-duty construction. The burner's automatic cooling system prevents nozzle damage.
