Cleaning Segment-Washing section - Drying section

1、Bottle washers for tin cans, glass jars,PP罐 and aluminum cup cleaning equipment: The cans enter the cleaning channel from the input end of the cleaning machine, where they undergo cleaning, rinsing, and drying to complete the cleaning process.

2、Washing ProcessWater pumps extract water from the cleaning tank, spray it through nozzles to clean the four surfaces (up, down, left, right) of the iron cans. Simultaneously, cleaning agents are added to the cleaning cycle tank. The wastewater, after being filtered and separated, is returned to the tank, while debris is filtered out through a filter mesh. (Water can be heated through steam or electrical heating at this stage, with the heating source provided by the customer.)

3、Washing ProcessThis stage involves rinsing, where softened water is used to flush the top, bottom, left, and right sides to remove residue from the cleaning process. This stage can be continuously cleaned by adding water, and heating the water (either through steam heating or electric heating, with the heating source provided by the customer) is also an option.

4、Drying Process:This drying process can utilize air pumps, hot air blowers, and other equipment to achieve strong dehydration, effectively removing water droplets.。

The product primarily consists of the input, main cleaning, rinsing, and drying sections.
