Biological Filter Single-Pore Membrane Aerator Introduction
In the aeration biological filter process, to provide the oxygen required for microbial survival, conventional biological filters typically have ventilation holes at the bottom to rely on natural ventilation for oxygen supply. This often leads to uneven air pressure distribution, causing short circuits and localized air blockages. Natural ventilation is controlled by the temperature difference between the pool and the ambient air, the height of the filter, the porosity of the filter material, and wind conditions, which cannot provide stable and uniform ventilation for the filter. The aeration biological filter replaces natural ventilation with forced air supply to the filter material layer, ensuring an adequate and stable supply of oxygen for the metabolic needs of the microorganisms living on the biofilm granular filter material, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the aeration biological filter.
Features of single pore membrane aeration device for biological filter ponds
Unaffected by the difference between the pool temperature and the air temperature, not controlled by the height of the filter pool and the porosity of the biofilm bio-sand filter material, with small bubble diameter and a wide distribution range. The aerator outlet features uneven sections that are not easily clogged, making it resistant to the stacking pressure of the biofilm bio-sand filter material.

Installation and Other
1. First install the filter plates and biofilter nozzles in the aeration biofilter, then set up the single-hole membrane aeration device. Next, pour a layer of cobblestone (about 200mm high) and then add the biofilm ceramic filter media. Prevent the cobblestone from damaging the aeration device and ensure no sparks from welding or sharp heavy objects fall into the pool to damage the piping and aeration device.
2. Avoid heavy pressure before installation, do not stack outdoors, and keep away from fire sources to prevent damage.
