PT Lashiende fillers are a high-efficiency, low-pressure drop filling material, with a shape resembling screws. When the solution is subjected to relative impact with polluted air, it forms a mist of tiny water droplets that envelop the entire material. Thus, its effectiveness is not solely dependent on surface adsorption; its adsorption efficiency is superior to that of tubular fillers and saddle-shaped fillers in terms of pressure drop and volume. Therefore, the Lashiende fillers can reduce static pressure loss by 40% to 50% under the same volume and decrease the volume by 35% to 50% under the same pressure drop. Moreover, with a high porosity and high transfer coefficient, their processing efficiency is 26% to 35% higher than other types of fillers. The material can be selected from PVC, PP, or CPVC, and it meets semiconductor regulations.
