Our factory produces hexagonal honeycomb packing in two types: slanting pipes and straight pipes. The materials available are polypropylene and glass fiber.

Tilted pipes are primarily used for sedimentation and sand removal in various applications. They have gained widespread use in water supply and drainage projects over the past decade and have become a standard water treatment device. They offer a broad range of applications, high treatment efficiency, and minimal land occupation. Suitable for sand removal at intake points, sedimentation of industrial and domestic water supplies, wastewater sedimentation, oil separation, and tailing concentration, they are ideal for both new construction projects and the renovation of existing old ponds, yielding favorable economic benefits.

Key Features:

1. Wide wetted perimeter, small hydraulic radius.

2. Good laminar flow, particle sedimentation not disturbed by turbulence.

3. When the inclined pipe length is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons/m²·hr. The V.O. is controlled within a range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, resulting in excellent effluent water quality.

4. The glass fiber honeycomb inclined tubes are used at the water intake, which can safely operate and process in a high turbidity with 50-100 kg/m³ of mud and sand content when the tube length is 2-3.0 meters.

5. The inclined tube sedimentation tank has a treatment capacity 3-5 times that of the horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2 times that of the clarification basin and pulsating clarification basin.
