The excessive wear or improper assembly of sand pump bearings leads to friction between the stator and rotor, causing damage to the iron core surface. This, in turn, results in short circuits between the silicon steel sheets of the sand washing machine, increased wear on the motor's iron Raymond mill, and the magnet selection machine manufacturer's added damage. This causes the motor temperature to rise excessively. At this point, use fine files and other tools to remove burrs, clean the silicon steel sheet short circuits, and then apply insulating paint after thorough cleaning. Dry it with heat.

②While dismantling the old winding on the dredger, excessive force caused the groove to tilt and open outward. At this point, the dredger should use tools such as needle-nose pliers and wooden mallets for repairs, realigning the groove and inserting hard insulating materials like green shell paper and plywood between the silicon steel sheets with gaps that are difficult to realign.

③The iron core surface of the sand pump corroded due to moisture and other reasons. At this time, the surface needs to be sanded clean and then coated with insulating paint after cleaning.

④ High heat around the group grounding can burn the iron core or teeth. Use chisels or scrapers to remove the slag thoroughly, then coat with insulating paint and dry.

⑤ The core and base of the sand separator are loose, which can be tightened by the original positioning screws. If the positioning screws of the sand separator fail, re-drill the positioning holes on the base and tap them, then tighten the positioning screws.
