Air Shower Principle of Operation:

The two doors of the air shower chamber are electronically interlocked, serving as an airlock to prevent unfiltered air from entering the cleanroom, thereby reducing the pollution of the cleanroom by dust during the entry and exit of personnel. After individuals enter a single-person air shower chamber, high-speed clean airflow, after passing through an efficient filter, is ejected from rotating nozzles in all directions onto the person, effectively and rapidly removing dust particles carried by clothing. The air carrying dust particles is then filtered through a pre-filter and an efficient filter before being recirculated back into the air shower area.
