VOCs catalytic combustion equipment utilizes a catalyst as an intermediate to burn organic gases at lower temperatures, resulting in harmless carbon dioxide and steam emissions. This purification unit is primarily used as a配套 for the catalytic bed electric heating oxidation combustion system in CO/RCO adsorption + desorption + catalytic combustion systems. It is widely applicable in painting, printing, household appliances, shoe manufacturing, plastics, and various chemical workshops for the purification of volatile or leaked harmful gases and the elimination of odors. It is particularly suitable for low-concentration (150~1000) organic waste gases that are not suitable for direct combustion or catalytic combustion and recovery treatment. After being concentrated by activated carbon adsorption, the high-concentration organic waste gases are desorbed and sent to this unit for thermal oxidation reactions. The catalytic reaction of organic waste gases can significantly reduce the energy consumption of electric heating, especially in large air volume treatment facilities, where satisfactory economic and social benefits can be achieved.
