When installing F-type cantilever sign posts, choose a time with low traffic flow for installation, and take proper safety isolation measures. Control traffic in the construction area, place warning signs, and remind drivers to exercise caution and drive slowly.
Prepare installation tools: nut drivers, expansion screws, hammer, wrench, tape measure, etc.
Installation of F-type cantilever sign post:
Step 1: Foundation Base Production for Sign Pole: Traffic control in construction area, layout, and determination of base position; then manually assist with small machinery to excavate the pole foundation pit, after excavation, lower the foundation cage, and insert the base flange and foot bolts into the correct position; during concrete pouring, ensure the base flange elevation is accurate, maintain levelness and verticality; maintain the poured concrete foundation, and before completion, fill and compact the pillar foundation pit to meet the required anchor base bearing capacity.
Step 2: After the concrete base has cured, establish safety isolation. Transport the signboard, upright post, and crossbeam to the site. Implement traffic control in the construction area. Assemble the crossbeam and upright post on-site, then install the signboard on the crossbeam.
Step 3: After assembling the sign pole and signboard, use a crane to lift the pole and position it above the foundation base flange. Then lower it to align and overlap the base flange of the pole with the foundation base flange.
Step 4: Thread the nut onto the base bolt, then tighten with a wrench, backfill the soil, and the installation is complete.
Step 5: Clear the site and then withdraw.
