This machine is designed for the riveting processing of wire materials, featuring pressure riveting to connect wires, replacing the traditional soldering method. It eliminates the drawbacks of cold soldering, open soldering, and air pollution. It undergoes easy-to-pass full specification tests (UL, JST) and features a user-friendly design with simple operation.

Utilizing a special continuous copper strip terminal, the material is cut, formed, and stamped in one operation, achieving rapid production with zero waste and cost savings.

Copper strip terminals are treated with a special pattern, resulting in exceptional tensile strength after riveting and consistent quality.

Equipped with straight/bend mold bases for connecting different products.

Application Scope:

Neon lamp connection to the resistor, sliding switch connection to the wire, high-temperature heating element connection, thermally sensitive component connections (such as reed switches, thermostatic fuses)
