Mold clamps must be sufficiently sturdy. Mold gaps should be reasonably designed, and the mold edges should be kept sharp on a regular basis.

2. Blocking machine load. Workpiece to be processed.

During operations, ensure the machine's power is turned off to prevent fingers or other body parts from entering the press area, in order to avoid work-related injuries.

Ensure proper lubrication points and conflict components are attended to, with ground oiling at least twice per level.

Ensure regular checks on the operation of each part of the machine; any loose chains or fasteners must be tightened immediately. If there is wear on the machinery, it should be replaced promptly.

6. If a terminal is caught in the die during operation, it must be cleared using scissors or a pick before continuing work.
